It uses water as a pressure medium and applies ultra-high pressure of 400-600MPa at room temperature or low temperature (below 40 ℃) to effectively destroy the cell membrane and protein structure of microorganisms, thereby achieving efficient sterilization. The equipment mainly consists of a high-pressure chamber, a hydraulic pressurization system, an intelligent control system, and a material conveying module. The high-pressure chamber is made of 316L stainless steel, with smooth and easy to clean inner walls, meeting the requirements of food grade production. Its sterilization principle is different from traditional heat sterilization. The entire process does not use high temperature or chemical preservatives, and can effectively kill pathogenic bacteria such as Escherichia coli, mold, yeast, etc., with a sterilization rate of over 99.99%. Both use the principle of isostatic pressing to achieve uniform pressure transmission, but their core positioning and technical parameters are significantly different. The warm isostatic pressing equipment focuses on material modification and densification, requiring the coordinated work of medium temperature and high pressure. Its temperature range is 50-300 ℃, and the pressure can be adjusted according to the material properties. The core goal of the equipment is to eliminate internal defects in materials, improve mechanical performance and density, and serve the high-end manufacturing industry. HPP ultra-high pressure sterilization equipment focuses on food preservation and safety, mainly operating in low-temperature or room temperature environments. The temperature is strictly controlled below 40 ℃, and the pressure range is 400-600MPa. Its main goal is to eliminate microorganisms, inhibit enzyme activity, and maintain the original quality of food, serving the food processing industry. 4、 Industrial upgrading promotion: the development direction of ultra-high voltage equipment With the dual upgrading of high-end manufacturing and food industry, the temperature isostatic pressing equipment and HPP ultra-high pressure sterilization equipment are constantly updated and iterated. Temperature isostatic pressing equipment is developing towards large chambers, high pressure, and intelligence to meet the needs of large-scale production of solid-state batteries, while optimizing the coordinated control of heating and pressurization to reduce energy consumption and production costs.
