This composite structure has excellent performance of anti permeability, high pressure resistance and anti-aging, and can effectively avoid potential safety hazards such as leakage, lining corrosion and pipeline rupture that may occur in traditional chemical delivery hoses under extreme conditions. Therefore, many underground chemical storage areas and fine chemical production workshops choose to use durable composite chemical hoses to ensure safe fluid transportation throughout the entire cycle. According to industrial selection criteria, on-site operators can choose suitable pipelines based on the characteristics of the medium, working pressure, and ambient temperature. For fluids with low corrosiveness at normal temperature, ordinary chemical conveying hoses can be used to control daily operating costs. For occasions that require wear resistance and solvent resistance, UPE hoses should be preferred to extend their service life. For the transportation of high concentration corrosive chemicals, it is necessary to strengthen the composite chemical hose to ensure the safety of long-term transportation. UPE hoses, chemical hoses, composite chemical hoses, and chemical transport hoses all comply with unified industrial testing standards, including acid-base immersion tests, burst pressure tests, and bending fatigue tests, without the need for customized brand specific process configurations. With the update of industrial chemical production standards, the market has put forward higher requirements for pipeline leak prevention and environmental adaptability. The iteration of chemical transport hoses will focus on optimizing the compatibility of composite layers, improving low-temperature flexibility, and enhancing medium isolation performance. UPE hoses and composite chemical hoses will be further promoted in the transportation of chemicals in various industries, providing standardized, safe, and low loss transportation guarantees for global industrial chemical transportation.
